The Booking Process
01.
Connect
Click 'Book Now' and you will be redirected to a booking site where you will find a booking form. Please fill out the booking request form. Once you submit the form, I will contact you with a date and time for your free consultation call to discuss the details of your booking request.
After this call, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit and return a signed contract in order to secure your booking.
02.
Create
Depending on your booking, I will then send you a mood board or any other planning materials required to carry out the session.
The remaining payment is due 3 days before the session unless agreed otherwise. Your session will not be carried out until full payment is made.
03.
Deliver
After the shoot, I will deliver a watermarked gallery of your session to you in the next two days via Pixieset or WeTransfer so you can select your favourite moments that you would like edited.
Once you've made your selections, I will get to work and deliver your final edited photos and/or videos to you within 3-10 business days.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will it take to get my photos and videos?
You will receive your photos and/or videos within 3 to 10 working days of making your pre-selections. If there are to be any delays, you will be notified in advance to the deadline.
I don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
That's absolutely fine.
If you book a session that requires posed shots, I will include pose ideas in your mood board for you to practice before your session.
If not, don't worry, I'll be happy to guide you into some natural poses.
How will I receive my photos and videos?
Your final edits will be delivered via electronic transfer.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you must cancel, Kenny Presents must be notified 5 business days prior to the session date to qualify for a reschedule. The rescheduled date will be made as soon as possible, at Kenny Presents’ discretion. If notification is not made 5 business days prior, your session deposit will be forfeited.
